Chinese architect, scholar and critic Professor Qiuye Jin’s discussion session “Immortal Arcadia: Chinese Gardens of Reality and Imagination” will be held in Colombo this May. Organized by the Geoffrey Bawa Trust, the event sets to explore how architects integrates the essence of garden-like qualities in built environment, along with Western modernism theories and Eastern spatial essences.
