The house is located in a congested area in Matara town. It comprises three levels with 5 bed rooms, a pool, a lift and other related facilities. The ground floor (2,224 ft2) comprises a double garage, living, dining, verandah, pantry & rough kitchen, store room, servant’s room, servant’s toilet, driver’s room, powder room and generator room, while the first floor (2,136 ft2) consists of TV lounge, study area, visitor’s bed room with attached bath room, two bed rooms with common bathroom and common verandah. The second floor (1,518 ft2) consists of the master bed room with dressing and attached bathroom, entertainment pavilion, swimming pool and small bed room.

Strategically located near the Dambulla expressway exit, the building’s roof is easily visible from the highway. It features a dark brown tone, complemented by a large Barista logo on top to attract attention. Given the area’s dry climate, the architect proposed integrating green tones indoors and enhancing the exterior with planting to highlight natural greenery in spaces like the car park and smoking area.

Being client a voracious country lover, but at the same time a person who had to choose an urban living for his family requirements, generated this creation. He had selected a 6 perches land situated at Navinna, Maharagama, Sri Lanka.

Located at the heart of the busy city of  Maharagama, facing the high level road, the new skyline is a highly commercial urban facility which harbours various cases of professionalism, such as studios, cafes, restaurants and also residential spaces. The constant economic and industrial development in the area such as the highway and the client’s various interests drove this project in to reality.
